The head organizer of the Congress was the Komi Commitee for National Revival, the event was funded by the administration of the Komi Republic.

- Declaration of Fundamental Principles, Aims and Objectives of Cooperation of Finno-Ugric Peoples of the World
- Statutes of the Consultative Committee of Finno-Ugric Peoples
