Fenno-Ugria at Pärnu Literature Festival

This year as wel, the Fenno-Ugria tent in Koidula Park, Pärnu, was open at the Pärnu Literature Festival on 15 August. The new Finno-Ugric Calendar for 2027 featuring dugout boats (author Aivar Ruukel, illustrator Kadi Pajupuu) was on sale, along with Finno-Ugric books from various Estonian publishers.

In addition, Alevtina Gongisht’s book About Us Veps and More (“Meist vepslastest ja mitte ainult”, Argo 2025) was presented, with Madis Arukask in conversation with the author.
